Marcus is the performance coach and the person responsible for accountability, execution, and structure across the work we do. His role is to challenge leaders and teams, protect focus, and make sure plans are followed through, not just discussed.

He has built and operated businesses across multiple countries and understands the pressure that comes with responsibility, decision making, and leadership. That experience shapes the way accountability, ownership, and execution are handled inside Next Level Mind.

Next Level Mind is supported by a team with complementary expertise, including business consulting and operational advisory. This allows the work to go deeper when needed, especially in complex business environments where planning, execution, and operational clarity must work together.
